Truly the Best Pool Service Company Ever!!! And I’m not one to just say that!

We’ve been using Sharper Image for almost a year now, and their service has been outstanding from day one. Our first tech, John, was fantastic — always professional, reliable, and detailed. We now have Chad, who is not only just as great but is also one of the owners. The fact that the owners are hands-on and doing the work themselves says everything about how much pride they take in their company.

We’re on their Deluxe Plan, and it’s honestly worth every penny. What they say is included is ACTUALLY included — no hidden fees, no surprise add-ons, just honest and thorough service every week.

Sharper Image Pool Services Inc. is the best in quality pool company everyone looks for. I so wish there was an easy way to find great people like them. They treat you like you are one of the family. Sharper Image came to my rescue and updated my old antiquated pool equipment with a new fully automated system, a new heater/chiller unit and new water features. They completed the work in three days which included new electric sourcing needed for the heater/chiller unit. Sharper Image front office, employees and staff are above approach and delivered everything they promised: on-time, on-budget and with A+ quality. Very clean work. As first-time pool owners, we had no idea where to start when it came to finding a reliable pool service. We were referred to Sharper Image, and we honestly couldn’t be happier! From the very first point of contact, the team has been incredibly helpful, patient ((seriously, so patient 😂)), and extremely knowledgeable in answering all of our many questions! And still to this day they are! Which again very appreciative of that!

Jon is the technician who takes care of our pool, and he is amazing! He handles it all… From the pool, to the filters to the chemicals, and everything… Once he’s done always sends a detailed email with photos showing exactly what was done. It’s definitely reassuring to see the work being done thoroughly and consistently.

We’ve never had a single issue, and our pool is always sparkling clean. We’re beyond satisfied with the service and professionalism of the entire Sharper Image team. And the prices are reasonable for such top-notch service!

Shaper Image Pools helped change our view of the pool industry. In the middle of our project our previous contractor declared bankruptcy and ran off with our money with a concrete pit for a pool in our backyard. After we gathered ourselves together, we were referred to Sharper Image Pools from one of the subcontractors who had worked on our pool. When Chad and Lynde came out to our house, they were extremely knowledgeable and personable. We discussed our previous plans and because of the wealth of knowledge they changed some things to make it better for our space. They were hands on with every aspect of the project. I turned to my spouse and said, “How does anyone fall for that?” Turns out—we did everything “right”… and still got scammed. We hired a licensed contractor. We verified their insurance, asked all the smart questions, and signed with confidence. But almost a year later, all we had to show for it was a giant hole in our backyard—and a builder who vanished with our deposit.

We were heartbroken. A call to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors revealed the builder had done the same thing to at least 26 other families. Knowing we weren’t alone didn’t make it hurt any less. Then a neighbor suggested we call Sharper Image Pool Services, and from the very first conversation, everything changed.
